What to do if you need to cancel your event.

The booking commitment starts from the date you signed your contract. As a courtesy you may cancel your booking within 24 hours without penalty, as long as the event is more than 3 days away, by calling our office at 805-680-5484 during business hours.

There are no refunds on individual cancelled items, however you can swap rentals for other rentals if you would like to edit your original booking or upgrade your delivery/services if available.

Thereafter we need 15 days notice to receive a 50% refund (read full terms of rental). You may cancel with or without refund at anytime by following the steps below;

  • 1st Call our office 805-680-5484 during business hours M-F 8am-5pm, have your name, confirmation number and event date available. Leave your cancellation request with the receptionist and we will follow up via email to confirm.
  • 2nd Reply YES to the email confirming your cancellation within cancellation period. *This is important because we want to make sure that you indeed due want to cancel your event in full.

If you are due a refund, we will process that within 30 days (but usually the same day). If you have a portion of your rental that you want swapped, just be clear about the swap and we will do our best to help with your request.
