To cancel your booking and receive a partial refund, house credit or to move the date or delivery location, please contact our office in writing during business hours at email@example.com. If you do not hear back immediately call our office for a live receptionist during business hours at 805-680-5484.
We do not take returns on delivered or special ordered items. This page only covers purchased products, rental product policies can be seen here.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, paper products, balloons, and unused helium/propane cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are partially used, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
